Help the Palestinians-- create global enclaves

STOP THE INCURSIONS. STOP THE MASSACRE.

Hundreds Palestinians have died and thousands injured and the beginning of refugee problems especially in Lebanon. Egypt, Syria, Jordan is not helping. United Arab Emirates is busy building tall structures and 7-star hotels. Obama is silent on this; unsure how to promise to intervene. United Nations cannot help much unless a Security Council resolution is passed stopping the incursion. But then again Israel have ignored all the solutions since Bafour.

A long-term solution might be this:

- create a diaspora of Palestinians through education -- each Muslim state fly in Palestinian children and students for free education and train them in all the strategic areas of nation building in preparation for state-formation. Malaysia can gather all the corporate funding and do this.
- the natural anger of Arab nations will force each government to intervene
- pump Arab oil money into the Palestinian state. (Petronas money too if Malaysia is sincere)
- help them build new cities and relocate them, create Palestinian enclaves
- help elect Ralph Nader (American of Arab descent) as next American president.
- organize a global boycott of all corporations related to the invading regime.

More have died as we finish reading this.

Is this the world we created? While we go ski-ing in Dubai?

That sounds like a short term solution but how do we achieve a long term peace in the region? Arabs pumpinmoney into palestine is one thing, but arabs especially the saudis pumping their wahabi philosophy is another. Do we want Islamic sites in jerusalem destroyed as they did in medina and mecca?

How do you win the ordinary americans to support the palestinian cause? You can build cities for years but it takes only one military campaign by the zionist to destroy them. Why not invest in defense as well? Get sponsorship from the russian or chinese. Nader as president? Unfortunately the muslims are not american voters. And No one can be president unless they support zionism.

I think a better approach is creating strong muslim lobby groups and educating the americans on the difference between judaism and zionism and also the history of the disputed area. Where will Israel be without american support? Their lifeline is America, money and military hardware. Even if we can get americans to be neutral would be something to celebrate.

We also need to support or encourage the rise of another superpower with ideological differences from the US. This is to ensure check and balance and to prevent the UN from just being a silent entity without purpose and to curtail the bullying by a single superpower. Look at Cuba and the USSR.

Another radical idea is to allow a jewish center to operate in Malaysia to show that Islam and judaism can coexist and that the problem lies in zionism and its jewish nationality policies.

All of you talking as if all Palestinian are Muslims. Palestine=Islam & Islam = Palestine. How true is that???? Can all of you be neutral and speak for world peace regardless of religion.

Tamerlane,
You're everywhere throwing comments and it is very clear that you're damn fanatic.Palestinian suffering is due to people with similar mindset like you.

The Israeli ruling elite exploits the fears of the Israeli-Jewish working class, and these attacks are incredibly explained in one voice by the whole establishment as a "war of no choice". They do that in order to justify their desperate attempt to escape their deep political crisis, and to erase their own humiliation from the defeats of their own strategies during recent years. But working class people will also come to realize sooner or later that they are being viciously deceived, and dragged into a bloody conflict against their interest, and they will look in growing numbers for another choice. The movement against the war must try to reach these people as well, in spite of the very difficult mood. Based on ideas of solidarity and socialism, this can be achieved. And this is the only way forward.

Your well-intentioned solution to the Palestinian-Israel crisis presumes that human nature and politicians are inherently good and noble.

As history has shown, human nature can be a wild beast dressed in civilised clothes and a tie. If money can solve conflicts, then the world would be run by central banks and billionaires.

What about the rights of the Israelis to live in peace? As long as the Arab nations are using Palestine as a proxy to fight Israel and as long as the age-old animosity between the Jews and the Arabs is not resolved by forgiveness and sincere desire for peace, this region will be a time bomb and a catalyst for prolonged conflicts.

oh yea anonymous? i dont see you offering any solution to the problem. Youre pissed off because i'm concerned for my fellow muslim? Well thanks for pointing that out. And please illustrate how my opinions and suggestions contribute to the palestinians suffering? Do you have the balls to debate me?

Has any of my comments directed at the destruction of the jewish people or call on their killings? Dont put words into my mouth when those words hardly fit your cranium. Why are you suddenly speaking like i'm out for blood and reinforcing the rights of zionists to live in peace? this the the large scale rodney king situation. Excessive force intent on annihilation. Besides,Israelis already have the one sided support of the mightiest power on earth and i dont think they need mine. They can play the violin all night long about being victimized throut the centuries but the world is not blind to their evil policies. If they look in the mirror closely the zionists will doscover that they are the currennt days Philistines.
